auto depends putter onner for feisty

we want the feisty scripts to automatically get any dependencies that are missing.

on linux it's pretty simple.

we can do a sudo apt-get install on everything.

who cares about windows for now.

but this would rule;
it would mean that we can have a step in building where we go get what's missing
instead of gasping like a dead fish.
