bookmarks database format revision could support descriptions on sections and even links

there should be a type of line format for putting in just a comment on the section (not a code comment, like with "#" in front, but a description).

the description should get included in the output as a nice text section for the category.

should it just be a new numeric field on the category line?
we could do that for the links also, just by adding a new Nth field.
