Description
sim health belt improvement:
add a walrus layer inside the health sim belt.
this one could be a smaller version of the belt.
but have the transparent walrus pattern.
make the visibility of the pattern based on time dilation.
full metalic if worst of dilations.
otherwise vary transparency based on the dilation.
