transporter -- fix file transfer log too

Description

transporter log is ugly.
it repeats file names and doesn't actually run through 0 to 100% or anything.
also doesn't show bytes transferred.

so add that kind of logging.
make the file transfers show one entry per file.
make it show the overall size, and the bandwidth on that file.

should show every file copied over, with some clever rep of path components, .../q/b/x -> .../q/b/y

should be able to turn off logging stuff with -q.
