DONE: + there are no build instructions,
DONE: + no prerequisites
+ scavenge all materials from source forge feisty site.
+ reduce sourceforge to basic pointers to feisty.
+ add pointers to feisty site on github.
+ scavenge any old _good_ docs in those nice forms from hoople and yeti, and put them into the feisty codebase.
