Milestone web services boot-up

This milestone should see our various web services all running and purring.

We need the gallery, the wiki, the trac system all to be stabilized and running well, with both bill and fred able to add/modify things.

To finish this milestone, both owners should be able to edit these systems as needed.

Also, the gallery needs ssl to keep passwords private:

can we make it only do ssl for logins?
